(She, They)
Registered Clinical Counsellor

My own healing journey began at a young age as I navigated much of adolescence and young adulthood on my own. It was within therapy and community that I found my voice and came home to myself and my identity as a queer person. It is because of this that I care deeply about offering others the opportunity to be seen and heard. When we experience the reflection of ourselves in another, we truly begin to see and understand ourselves.

I specialize in supporting survivors of trauma (gender-based, workplace, systems, healthcare, and/or sexual trauma) as well as queer, trans, and/or gender diverse folks.

I have been working in community mental health since 2014. Because of this, I am passionate about supporting the mental health of those in the helping profession or those in caregiving roles. My professional experience is in working with trauma, burnout, anxiety, self-criticism, and identity.
