Healing within the safety of our community is our right. I specialize in supporting survivors of trauma (gender-based, workplace, systems, healthcare, and/or sexual trauma). Your mental health journey may or may not include the topic of your gender or sexuality, but you are welcome to explore all parts of you here.

I am currently available to conduct Hormone Readiness Assessments for those who need it. We complete these assessments together based on your experience, not mine. My role is to support you in navigating the healthcare system.
